Has it really been nearly a year since I last did anything on DevART?

I thought I ought to say SOMETHING. I don't really draw anything any more. I haven't done for quite some time now I think about it! I tried my shot at poetry, but I don't really think it does it for me. Art you can just draw your OCs lounging around being themselves. Poetry you need some meaning, and it always ends up either angsty, done-before or just seemingly pointless. The reason I quit drawing is because, to put it simply, I just don't like my pictures at all.

I still doodle to myself but thought you ought to know (not that you didn't already!). And just to make it "official" that my DevART is discontinued. Thanks to all that enjoyed my art!

Gah. I bet posting this will make me want to get back into drawing. Who knows? >_<

UPDATE: As reminded by a reply on this journal, 3D art has been grabbing my interest. Some programmes I am 'experimenting' with include; Blender, Wings 3D and Art of Illusion (so far, I don't really like Art of Illusion. Blender is very technical and I only just got Wings 3D so no judgement just yet.) If you know any 3D freeware, please tell me about it. If I really get into 3D art I will probably buy some more professional software, but for now I just want to try it out with free stuff.
